It's disturbing that he seems to place male sexual assault on the same level as say, high school bullying, or having a strict teacher. I think that says quite a bit about the sorts of attitudes that are still prevalent in the judiciary, even after thirty years of people trying to get some of the older members of the legal profession to grow a damned clue.
